Main, July 14, 2010 – SoQuero GmbH,
a subsidiary of Intershop Communications AG, has added a new feature, myMetric,
to its SaaS bid management solution. myMetric enables users to define their own
performance criteria (KPIs) alongside standard values and incorporate them into
their reporting activities. Up to 20 parameters can be combined.
Store managers and agency
campaign managers dealing with SEA campaigns on a daily basis regularly have to
include custom KPIs in their reports together with standardized KPIs, such as
cost per click (CPO), cost per order (CPO), and click-through rate (CTR). This
requirement presents a challenge because the available tools are often
incapable of producing the relevant information.
Working closely with its
customers, SoQuero has developed myMetric, a feature that allows campaign
managers to define KPIs in accordance with their own needs. The new values can
then be freely combined with other parameters. As well as the usual analysis
data, combining various average values makes it possible to forecast future
budget consumption, anticipated monthly clicks, conversion rates, etc. Such
values can provide valuable insights, particularly where tiered payment models
are involved, enabling early identification of trends and appropriate
countermeasures.
By allowing total flexibility
with regard to target values and KPIs, SoQuero is continuing to give campaign
managers and SEA tools maximum design and analysis freedom.
